Partnership FAQ

We've gathered frequently asked questions about the partnership in one place.

After submitting the application, what is the next step?
PitchNet reviews the application after receiving it.

During this process, we verify that the company has no legal issues, and if everything is in order, we will send an approval email to the partner.
After approval, please provide the company's PitchNet ID, and we will issue a 'Top Badge.'
After becoming a partner, how will projects be introduced to us?
PitchNet offers a service called 'Development Team Request.'
This service is for clients who prefer to contract with companies rather than freelancers.

Through this service, PitchNet does not post the received project requests on the website. Instead, we find suitable partnership companies and send the project details via email.
If a partnership company is interested in proceeding with the contract, we arrange a meeting.
When is the brokerage fee due after the contract is completed?
Once the partnership company receives the first payment from the client, PitchNet will send a commission payment email.
The partnership company can pay the commission through the link provided in the email.
The client has requested a direct 1:1 contract outside of PitchNet. Should I proceed?
If a partnership company violates the terms of service, access to all PitchNet services will be immediately restricted.
Additionally, according to the partnership agreement between PitchNet and the partnership company, 15% of the total project fee must be paid as compensation for damages.
The project was canceled during development due to the client's circumstances. What happens to the fee in this case?
We will immediately refund the amount you received, excluding 5%.
