Project details

1. Fix the dashboard to display missing lists for Teaching notes, Monthly reports, and Invoices.
2. Change 'Teaching note' to 'Lesson note' across the entire system.
3. Automatically convert and display the timetable according to the student's local timezone upon login.
4. Fix the sorting error where AM and PM data are mixed.
5. Fix the bug where changing the time of the first lesson causes all subsequent scheduled lessons to change.
6. Expand the country list to include all countries worldwide.
7. Improve the system to allow individual input of country information for each lesson to accommodate situations like school vacations.
8. Add Report/Invoice features.
9. Improve group lessons so that instructors can write a teaching note or monthly report once and apply/copy it to all students.
10. Implement PDF conversion for monthly reports and invoices with an automatic dispatch feature to parents (including a fix for Gmail delivery issues).
11. Add a bulk reminder message feature for instructors who have not yet submitted their reports.
12. Implement an automatic report calculation feature based on tuition fees.
13. Improve the file attachment process (direct attachment without entering edit mode) and add mandatory fields such as Grade, Child's Name, and Invoice Number.
14. Reorder the recipient list so that 'Admin' is at the bottom to prevent students from accidentally messaging the administrator.
15. Enable active hyperlinks in messages and display an error message if no recipient is selected.
16. Establish anti-spam measures for 'Lesson request' emails and resolve special character recognition errors (change field type from number to text).
17. Build a matching system where students can check an instructor's empty slots and apply, sending notifications to the instructor and admin.
18. Optimize Zoom integration: Provide an alternative for breakout room assignments during overlapping classes without admin intervention, and simplify the process of generating and copying
